The weekend of March 19th & 20th marked the final weekend of skiing at Big Tupper this season.
We would like to send a very heartfelt thanks out to all ARISE supporters, donors, patrons & volunteers who made this year’s ski season possible.
ARISE Chairman Jim LaValley noted that ”Once again, the volunteers at Big Tupper created an exceptional opportunity to bring the region together at one of Tupper Lake’s greatest assets. Everyone involved should be proud of their efforts, and we look forward to the day that your work will be rewarded. Thank you and let’s look forward to more success next season!”
All Big Tupper volunteers are invited to a close out volunteer party this Saturday beginning at 4pm at the Big Tupper Ski lodge. It’s a pot luck event where folks will bring a dish and ARISE will provide all of the beverages. If conditions allow, we will run Chair 2 from 4 to 6 for the volunteers to get one more run in.
